DISC的概念

DISC是一种行为分析系統，是美国心理學家马斯頓博士(Dr. William Moulton Marston)研究成果，他认为人類类為是有迹可寻的，他把人类行为列分四大类。

DOMINANCE  (主导型)：注重通过克服困难，得到成果以塑造环境。

INFLUENCE  (影响型)：注重通過影响及说服他人以塑造环境

STEADINESS (稳健型)：注重與与人合作以完成任务。

CONSCIENTIOUSNESS (谨慎型)：注重在现存环境中確保质量及准确性。

 DISC的果效

自 1979年起，已有超过三千万人接受此行为测试，50个国家翻译成23种语言 ，一致公为是准确性高的性格分类系统。DISC並不是心理分析，而是专注于可观察的行为，让你发展、建立及调校个人的行为模式，建立一个能够满足自己、別人和群体需求的型像。DISC是一种人际关系的语言，它会发展展现实情，让自己及別人对你更加认识及谅解，行为依据潜意识来展露，DISC让你知道行为的真相。

DISC 不是测试系统，它只是组合及根据你所选择的答案而找出最适合你的描述。

DISC 是促进自我了解、互相认识、建立及发展人际关系的工具。

DISC 是协助降低及消除沟通上的障碍、隔阂、压力与冲突。

DISC 协助建立高效能团队。

应当注意的几点：

DISC不能概括对劝人的了解，不能够知道人的品格和价值观

不能用DISC来论断他人，为他人定型

不能作为借口在行为和见上不加改进

目标在于能更加接纳他人，欣赏他人与自己不同的特长。

这个培训之后真的是帮助我们来了解自己，了解身边的人，也更容易了解和接纳别人，很多人做完这个之后都恍然大悟，原来他是这样的人啊，许多的冒犯消除了，对于不同的人我们也更加的欣赏，也渐渐的明白该如何同不同类型的打交道，极大的改善了我们的人际关系，也是团队建设更有方向性。 

我们每个人都喜欢自己的类型，我也很喜欢我的：

我是影响性，人际关系性的人，喜欢热闹，就是俗话说的“人来疯”，认识的人特别的多，但很多的关系不深入。喜欢参加Party，并成为焦点，其他的优缺点可以参照"I"。由于我的"C"很低，所以我不能够很专注，做事马马虎虎，没有条理，东西很乱，经常找不到自己的东西放在哪里，对于小事情经常忘记去做，没有计划，也不喜欢计划。哈哈，缺点还真多。不过，我很喜欢自己这种类型，缺点要慢慢的改进，也让你喜欢我！！！

 

 

 

 

 

Hebrews 10:17
17… “Their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more.”
I don’t know about you, but I would say that Hebrews 10:17 is good news. God sees all our sins — past, present and future — and says, “Your sins I remember no more!” The words “no more” are a strong double negative in the original Greek text. In other words, God is saying, “Your sins I will never, by no means, remember!”
Has God lowered His standards? No, God is still perfectly holy. God did remember all our sins — 2,000 years ago at the cross. Every single sin we have ever committed or will ever commit has been punished to the full in the body of Jesus Christ, on the cross. That is why today, God remembers our sins no more. We should, therefore, not be sin-conscious. 
Each time we fall into sin, God wants us to remember the cross and say, “Lord Jesus, you were sentenced for this sin I committed. You bore the judgment, so God will not judge me for this sin. You were condemned for this sin, so God will not condemn me for this sin.”
If you don’t revert to the cross, you will become sin-conscious and you will walk around with a certain expectation of judgment. And that expectation of judgment will give the devil a chance to make you think that God has something against you because of your sin.
You must come to the place where you know and believe that all your sins are forgiven, that there is no sin that will ever disqualify you from God’s blessings, that there is no sin that will ever send you to hell, because you are forgiven and saved eternally.
Hebrews 10:12, 14 says, “But this Man [Jesus], after He had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down at the right hand of God… For by one offering He has perfected forever… ”
We are perfected forever because of Jesus’ perfect work on the cross. We are perfected by God’s full acceptance and perfect delight in His Son’s work that has so glorified His holiness. So today, God says to you, “I will be merciful. Your sins and lawless deeds I will remember no more.”

Luke 10:19

Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

Years ago, while travelling on a domestic flight in the United States, I sat next to a woman whose whole body was tense with fear. Concerned, I asked if I could help her in any way. In between sobs, she told me about her fear of flying. I told her, “Don’t worry. I am on board. Nothing will happen to the plane.” I did not say it with pride. I said it knowing that the Lord was on board the plane with me and that I would have a safe journey because He has promised that “nothing shall by any means hurt you”.

Once, when Jesus was in the boat with his disciples, He told them, “Let us cross over to the other side.” (Mark 4:35) Believing that they would cross over to the other side, He then fell asleep in the stern. Not even a great storm could arouse Him from His sleep, only the cries of His terrified disciples. They had forgotten what Jesus had said about them crossing over to the other side. They had also forgotten that with Jesus in the boat with them, there was no possibility of their going down. Nothing could by any means hurt them because Jesus was with them.

Even being thrown into a fiery furnace could not hurt three young Hebrew men because they believed that God would deliver them. They had proclaimed to the heathen King Nebuchadnezzar, “... our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and He will deliver us from your hand, O king.” (Daniel 3:17) And in the midst of their fiery trial, their deliverer not only walked with them in the fire, He also delivered them from all harm. King Nebuchadnezzar even said, “Look! I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire; and they are not hurt, and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God.” (Daniel 3:25).

Beloved, in the midst of your storm or fiery trial, because Jesus is with you, nothing shall by any means hurt you!
